What actually moves the price
- Frequency. Five nights a week costs more in total but far less per visit than a twice-weekly clean of the same building.
- Hours and access. Early, late and weekend shifts carry a premium. Keyholding and alarm responsibility are agreed at survey, not billed as extras later.
- Specification depth. Touchpoint sanitising, periodic hard-floor care and internal glass all add time. We price only what you actually want done.
- Site type. Clinical, education and food-adjacent sites need trained staff, colour-coded systems and documentation, which lifts the rate.
- Consumables. Washroom consumables can be managed by us on a fixed monthly line or bought direct by you. Both are quoted openly.
- Location. Central London sites sit at the upper end of every band; Brighton, Eastbourne, Crawley and Mid Sussex typically at the lower end.
